The NC ECHO Advisory Committee provides informed recommendations and advice to the State Library and the North Carolina ECHO staff to help assure a successful, responsive program. Members freely share experience and expertise in order to enhance the collective body of knowledge the NC ECHO project provides North Carolina’s cultural heritage community.  The NC ECHO Advisory Committee represents the concerns of cultural heritage professionals and serves as a communications link between the project and relevant institutions and government agencies.
