The Survey of NC Cultural Repositories is a needs assessment survey instrument used by the NC ECHO project of the State Library of North Carolina to query the state's cultural heritage institutions for information on their collections, access to collections, patron usage, facilities, collections care, staff and volunteers, financial support and needs and priorities. This project is supported with federal Library Services and Technology Act funds made possible through a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, administered by the State Library of North Carolina, a division of the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources.
